Connect and Grant Access
Use the Agents entry to enable a connection and choose its workspace and permissions. Installing the plugin does not grant access to documents.

AI Edit
AI Edit connects compatible external AI tools to Faye MD documents and sends proposed changes to Change Review.
Review Before Applying
Choose Review each batch to inspect proposals in the current document. Select and apply individual changes, or use Immediate mode when you want each acceptance to apply at once.
Dependencies
Installation includes the required Change Review package after you review the package permissions. Version Control is optional and is installed separately.
Connection Support
Desktop MCP uses the local connector. Native WebMCP requires browser support and may require experimental browser features. AI Edit provides editing capabilities; it does not include an AI model or subscription.
